I was my own first case study…
After my third peaceful divorce, I realized I needed to work on myself to change my life. I embarked on an incredible self-healing journey, investing over $35,000 in various healing modalities. I found profound transformation in HypnoBreathwork and Spiritual Divorce, healing my life beyond my family’s generational wounds and the abuse I had experienced.
Now, I live happily with my two kids and coach my Sacred Divorce clients. With my experience in both coparenting and parallel parenting, I bring empathy and wisdom to my practice.
That’s when I created Sacred Divorce, offering 1:1 coaching, group workshops, and online courses to support you through every stage of your divorce journey. We work together using my G.R.A.C.E. method, HypnoBreathwork, and Spiritual Divorce to elevate your frequency, helping you find your self-worth and move from feeling stuck to living a truly successful life.
